Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh has asked the Ministry of Finance
(MOF) to do research and build a pilot project on the business of
international football betting.
Viet Nam is being cautious about formally legalising horse and dog
racing and international football betting due to their sensitive issues,
members of the National Assembly Standing Committee said yesterday.
